I am a math major at Purdue University Calumet.
Experience
I worked as an instructional assistant, tutoring students with learning disabilities in math, chemistry, science, history, vocabulary, for 11 years. I have been tutoring privately for over 5 years. I primarily work with math, but math did not come naturally to me. I had to figure out how to make sense of it all. I feel that this is what makes me an excellent teacher. I hope that when I work with students, I help them to discover their natural ability and give them a glimpse of the incredible structure of mathematics that is the foundation of the world around us!
